This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 23, 2007:
My husband and I have been together through two dissertations, coast-to-coast and trans-Pacific moves, high blood pressure and chronic leukemia, six sons, two miscarriages, countless pets (cats, guinea pigs, hamsters), two houses, many rentals, six or seven cars, four high school graduations, adolescent angst, the overseas marriage of our oldest, meeting our new daughter-in-law, the birth of our granddaughter (and news of another one), countless out-of-town conferences, my five books, his twenty-one years as a principal, a few wrinkles, and various other adventures. That basically summarizes the first twenty-six years. I'm waiting to see what the next couple of decades will bring.

A beautiful photo . . . And a BEAUTIFUL summarization of twenty-six years! No doubt . . . The next two decades will be TERRIFIC!!
Peace and love . . .
A wonderful quick-step through time…you are very light on your feet…and, I suspect, always will be.
What a beautiful photo Jamilah.
