What's your favorite thing about being alone?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 02, 2007:
Freedom.
I don't have to answer to anyone or take care of anyone's immediate needs. I have the freedom to think from the beginning of an idea all the way through to the conclusion.
When I was young I appreciated being alone as a time to daydream. After I had children, alone time became very precious to me. No interruptions. No distractions. Just peace.
Of course, being alone--like everything else--is best in moderation.

FREEDOM . . .
A beautiful concept!
This is basically the same thing that I wrote in response to the question, just in much fewer words. Agreed!
And you're not even a mother yet!
“Lazy overachiever.” I like that.
