If you were the CEO of Wal-mart, what would you do?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 31, 2007:
I read this question this morning and put it in the back of my mind. I still don't have a satisfactory answer. I can't picture myself as the CEO of a large corporation.
I can only say that I would treat my employees well--paying more than minimum wage and including benefits. I have seen that a satisfied work force makes an organization stronger.
