This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 24, 2008:
In the last month I've started writing a new book, which is coming along slowly because the characters are still new to me. I just finished writing a series of five books with the same cast of characters.
I'm also waiting on word about that fifth book. It should be going to the editor soon.
Meanwhile, I'm planning to take on another NaNoWriMo challenge next month to complete a 50,000 word novel during November. I've accomplished that the last two years, although last year's work went far beyond 50,000 words and I finally stopped without ever concluding the story.
And I'm planning to spend the next month in Missouri. I'll be there during the last weekend of the election so I can canvass for my candidate. I'll spend time with family, especially my mother, and help her get ready for a large family reunion on Thanksgiving. I will be away from my family here for a little while, but they'll come to St. Louis, too, on the day before Thanksgiving. And my sister is flying in from California with her new baby, who I haven't seen yet.
I think November will be a busy and, hopefully, exciting month.

So…..you have a huge amount of books to be read and yet not cherrished, huh?.. Well I for one would be most appreciated to read any one of them.
You have much in your heart that I have not seen or read……my humbleness awakes your light to mine.
Is there much you do for this Thanksgiving event?
I already had mine, living here in Canada but am most enlightened when I see and hear of people in the U.S.A. come to life with Their stories.

Some Thanksgivings are quiet. But this year nearly our entire extended family is getting together, including my new little nephew. When is your Canadian Thanksgiving?

My Thanksgiving Day event occured October the 13'th. It was more of a feast than a parade :)
To write many books like you have is much to be honoured. It would do me great pleasure to read of your journals.
